Publication of Donor Names:
The names of donors may be listed in the Foundation’s annual report, on the website and/or in similar public relations communications. Exceptions will be made for any donor who specifically requests anonymity.

The Foundation will never publish the specific amount of any donor’s gift without the express permission of the donor.

Donors making gifts to the Foundation by bequest or other testamentary device are deemed to have granted such permission, unless otherwise noted.

To request donor anonymity, or for any other donor record related concerns, please contact us at Info@RichlandPLF.org.

Memorial and Honorary Gifts:
The names of donors of Memorial or Honorary gifts may be released to the honoree, next of kin or individual(s) designated by the immediate family, unless otherwise specified by the donor. Gift amounts are not to be released without the express consent of the donor.

Online Donations:
Your online donations are safe and secure. The Library Foundation uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and the security of your donation. All online donations are confirmed by a follow-up email, and we mail written receipts to all donors. We will remove your name from our mailing list, email list, or telephone solicitation list at any time, at your request.
