The mission of the Richland Public Library Foundation is to provide fundraising and advocacy support for the Richland Public Library. The Foundation assists the the Richland Library Board in providing quality services to the greater Richland area.

We believe great libraries build great communities. We are committed to helping the Richland Public Library provide our community with world-class services, programs, and facilities.

The Richland Public Library Foundation exists to fulfil that commitment by cultivating an association of people interested in books and media for the communication of ideas, the enhancement of learning, and the expansion of opportunities. In support of this mission, we solicit and administer funds for endowment, and for capital and special projects. We know when we make an investment in our local library, we make an investment in the continued education of our neighbors, the curiosity and creativity of future generations, and the health and advancement of our community.
